2-(2-fluorophenyl)-6-methyl-10… question?

What is the ideal amount of flunitrazepam aka 2-(2-fluorophenyl)-6-methyl-10-nitro-3,6… to put in a 250 ml drink? I dont have much of the stuff, but i need it to be effective?
