Is there a way to get a bigger keyboard on the iPhone 4?

My dad doesn't like the really small keys. I know you can turn it sideways and its a little bigger, but is there an app or something that makes the whole keyboard larger? It doesn't matter if it needs to be jailbroken or anything.
