Samsung Transform touchscreen not working?

So yesterday, my friend accidentally sprayed water on me when we were outside. My phone got a little bit wet, but not too bad. Everything was working fine until I locked it, and when I tried to unlock it, the screen got stuck. I put it in some rice and stuff overnight, because that worked with my sister's touchscreen phone, and this morning it's still not working. When I get a text, a little message pops up on the screen where I can answer it, so I know the keyboard's working, but I can't unlock it to get my contacts and stuff. Will the sprint store be able to fix it, or do I need a new one? Thanks!
