How to name organic compound with another element that isn't carbon or hydrogen?

For example, there is a straight heptane with a methyl on the bottom of the third carbon, 2 bromines around the second carbon and on the top of the third carbon, and hydrogen for every carbon that doesn't have a bromine attached to it. How would I go about naming this?
