Online college work shop ?

I have a quick question.I work a lot of hours and my window between work and sleep is 3 Hours.Ok my question is.I just started an online college course work shop and right before I was about to finish up my work .My keyboard took a crap on me and quit working on me about 10 mins before all my work was due.Making my first assignment 41 mins late.Because of my key board.I did turn in my work but it was late.Will this keep me from entering into my college??? Even though it is just a work shop??? Thanks:-)
