Whats the name of this Song?? From the 80's I think. "Walk on By"?

Its an upbeat song that in the chorus has that 80s electric keyboard synth sound and several times in the song says "walk on by". The rest of the lyrics is a guy singing kinda fast. Its played at baseball games sometimes. It actually sounds alot like the sound in the chorus of Rod Stewart - Young Turks!
